A SUSTAINABLE GROWTH
— In fields relating to corporate social responsibility, DCNS pursues a policy of ongoing improvement. A major industrial player in job catchment areas, the Group has been recognised and rewarded for the sustainable and balanced relationships it maintains with its suppliers. As far as ethics and compliance are concerned, DCNS is ranked among those with the best international practices. As for preserving the environment, it is constantly taking initiatives on a day-to-day basis, particularly focused on limiting DCNS’ impact on the environment.
ETHICS AND COMPLIANCE
A single ethical and CSR committee planned

was set up in 2015. Established at sites and subsidiaries abroad, it contributes to implementing a programme of integrity within their structures. –

The initiatives carried out by DCNS have enabled it to earn Advanced Global Compact status. There are only about 50 companies in France that have achieved this level of recognition. –
As part of the Océans 21 project,
DCNS has undertaken to restructure the naval sector to gain extra competitivity. Currently, the sector has a total workforce of 40,000.
